Jeremy Martin

President & CEO

Jeremy has spent more than 20 years leading healthcare organizations across the senior, post-acute and community-based healthcare spectrum. He has worked at virtually every level of the industry, starting as a trainee and eventually working into his current role as founder, owner, and operator of companies in seven states. In addition to leading the Executive Team, where he works to ensure both adherence to core principles and a commitment to fresh ideas, Jeremy also continues to steer the development effort, where he remains ever-passionate about innovating for the good of the patient. Jeremy enjoys traveling with his wife and two teenage girls and can often be spotted at a volleyball match.

 
 
 
 

Michael Hoskins

EVP & Chief Financial officer

Mike brings over 25 years of healthcare experience to the team with executive leadership roles in both acute and post-acute care. Due to his varied background across operations and finance, Mike heads up financial operations, ensuring that the team always has the data to make quick, informed decisions. Mike also assists in the development effort by contributing expertise in financial diligence. Mike and his wife have two children and are enjoying their newly-empty nest.

Reynold Bunzel

SVP Business Development & Chief Innovation Officer

Reynold has enjoyed a 25 year journey across the healthcare spectrum. He is a clinician, owner, and operator, but his true passion lies in healthcare innovation. Over the years, Reynold has used his experience as a home- and community-based executer to create value-based programs that close care gaps and provide measurable results. When he is not giving back through his non-profit, Reynold enjoys his family and the occasional spin on his ATV.

 
 
 

Barbara Cormier

SVP Human Resources

Barbara has had a rich and decorated career in senior care, first joining Heritage in 1985 as trainee and steadily progressing through various roles including a long stint as SVP of Operations.  As SVP of Human Resources, Barbara can focus on her passion: growing a new and better generation of healthcare leaders and caregivers.  Barbara enjoys spending time with family and friends cycling, skiing and hiking and lives by her favorite quote “You never know when one kind act or one word of encouragement will change a life forever”.
